Need Some Advice Before We Finalize Our Purchase
Hello everyone, hope you're all having a wonderful day. I wanted to ask for some suggestions after our maintenance team recommended replacing a few aging transformers in one of our facilities. Since the equipment will be installed indoors, safety and long term reliability are our biggest concerns. During our meeting, one of the engineers suggested narrowing our search to dry type transformer manufacturers because they felt those products would be a better fit for our working environment. I’m interested in hearing from people with real experience. Which factors helped you choose the right manufacturer, and were you satisfied with the results after installation?

This is super helpful! We're facing similar equipment upgrades, though thankfully not transformers – my biggest tech upgrade lately has been figuring out the Love Tester app for some quick laughs with friends! Anyway, your emphasis on long-term reliability and indoor safety really resonates. Beyond manufacturer reputation, were there any specific certifications or testing standards you looked for in dry-type transformers?
