Your Money Matters Mentoring

DONATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

This Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) provides information about YOUR MONEY MATTERS MENTORING (“us”, “we”, “our”) and guidelines, rules, regulations, restrictions, limitations, obligations, and responsibilities which we will impose when we provide any of our training, course, or event (“Services) to individuals or organizations (“you”), or which we accept from you.

 

TERMS

 

1. Scope

This Agreement applies to you and us for the  Services we provide to you (“Contract”) and any donation you will make to us (“Donation”). We encourage you to read the provisions set forth in this Agreement carefully and make sure that you fully understand them before availing of any of our Services or making a Donation. By booking our Service or making a Donation, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement. You should print a copy of this document for future reference.

2. Amendment

We can amend these Terms from time to time in the manner set out in the sections of this Agreement. Every time you wish to order our Services or make a Donation, please check this document to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. This Agreement, and any Contract between you and us, are in the English language only. Some of the provisions only apply if you are a consumer, and some only apply if you are not a consumer. For the purposes of this Agreement, you are a "consumer" if you are dealing with us and acting for purposes that are outside your trade, business, or profession.

 

3. Services

We will deliver the Services to you with reasonable skill and care, and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the Services you book from us are delivered to you in accordance with the specifications. However, we reserve the right to change the venue at which the relevant Service is delivered to another suitable venue nearby, and (where applicable) to change the trainer who will deliver the Service. If we do so we will give you as much notice of the change as is practical.

 

4. Changes and Cancellation of Services

We reserve the right to change the description of any Service we advertised without notice at any time before we receive payment from you in respect of that Service. All Services we advertised are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Service you have booked is not available, and will give you the option of booking a different Service or receiving a full refund on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If we cancel a Service that you have booked we will provide you with a full refund on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay within 14 days of cancellation.

 

5. Intellectual Property

We are the owner or the licensee of the content of, and materials used and distributed in the course of the Services, and we will be the owner of all intellectual property generated as part of the Services. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, distribute or display or issue to the public such content and/or materials without our permission. If you wish to obtain our permission, please reach out to us.

6. Confidential Information

You agree that the content of, and materials used in the Services are deemed as confidential information. You shall not disclose them to anyone else without our permission and you must safeguard them as if they were confidential information of your own. If you wish to obtain our permission to disclose them, please reach out to us.

 

7. Donations

We appreciate any and all donations to contribute to our cause. As a charity, we are only legally permitted and/or required to return donations in very limited circumstances e.g. where the donor lacks mental capacity. We, therefore, ask that you take care when entering your details to make a donation using our site or any platform available, as we may be unable to provide any refund once your payment has been processed.

 

8. Legible Donors

When you make a donation to us on the site or any platform available, you will be asked to confirm that you are a taxpayer that meets the criteria of the Gift Aid Scheme. We will claim the tax back on every eligible donation in accordance with the rules of the Gift Aid Scheme as they apply at the time. When a Donation is made, the transaction is final and not disputable unless unauthorized use of your payment card is proved. If you become aware of any unauthorized or fraudulent use of your card to make a donation to us or otherwise, you should notify your card provider as soon as possible in accordance with its reporting rules.

 

9. Consumer

If you are a consumer, you may only book Services or make Donations through any platform available if you are at least 18 years old, unless the event terms and conditions say otherwise. We intend to rely on these Terms and any document expressly referred to in them in relation to the Contract between you and us. While we accept responsibility for statements and representations made by our duly authorized agents, please make sure that any variations to these Terms that you agree with our duly authorized agents are confirmed in writing.

10. Prices of Services

The prices of the Services will be quoted and sent if you request from us. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Services are correct at the time when the relevant information was sent to you. If we discover an error in the price of Services you have booked, please contact us immediately so that we can address your concerns formally. Prices of our Services may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with a booking confirmation.

 

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall  be governed by the laws and regulations of the State of Washington.
